Delivery Options & Charges

All Delivery options are based on Stock Availability

• Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

  • Orders under £70.00 (excl. VAT): £4.99

  • Orders over £70.00: Free Delivery

• Express Shipping (Next-Day Delivery before 1 PM)

  • £9.99 (Stock availability dependent)

• Weekend Orders

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day, stock permitting.
    
    

Dispatch & Delivery Details

• Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail or DHL.

• Some larger items or special orders may take longer; we will notify you of any delays.

• If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at 01903 211737 to confirm availability.

• If no one is available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions for re-delivery. Failure to arrange redelivery may result in the order being returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply.
